Topic goal: To motivate, inspire, and guide individuals toward achieving their goals. 

This is a free motivational workshop for registered participants aimed to engage the audience to participate in the day workshop deliberating on key cross cultural issues and challenges impacting on global business operations and role of business owners and HR Managers in trying to instil cross cultural understanding in business success. Understanding cultural values and working with people in responding to local needs in business operations will help the success of every global business.
